We warmly invite you to join us in Tuzla for the II International Congress of Surgery of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina between January 4th and 6th 2010. The increase in the number of the gastrointestinal tract cancer patients over the past decade, the need for acknowledgement of modern oncological principles in smaller hospitals as well, new opportunities of adjuvant therapies, make the oncological surgery always relevant.Our intention is to present the newest discoveries and achievements of oncological surgery. Gradual acceptance and propagation of the laparoscopic surgery, a modern surgical technique, should be the imperative of our association. Only a continuing education along with the acceptance of modern principles and techniques can lead us towards our mutual goal, patient’s welfare.
